Yes, shipping is included with all unit orders, however we are not responsible for any import taxes that may occur your end. We will always declare minimum amounts on the shipping invoice to alleviate any costs your end.

Yes, we will give you the best advice on how to best list our product as well as possible ways in which to avoid red-tape with listing on certain mainstream marketplaces, this includes the keywords used by us.

Our formulas are produced as close to where the ingredients are found, either at our Partner facility in China or or partner in Australia. Once formulas are produced the raw product is shipped to our facility in the United Kingdom where we do the bulk of manufacturing, packaging and final quality check.
